Registration and Immunizations
If you would like to register your son or daughter for school, simply visit the school office your son or daughter should attend to fill out the necessary forms. Please make sure to bring:
- Your child’s original birth certificate
- A copy of your child’s immunization records
- Proof of residency, such as a utility bill
- Transcripts or files from a previous school if applicable

Immunization Requirements
As a public school district, we follow the state guidelines for immunization requirements. Your child must be current on his or her shots in order to attend school. It is possible to get an exemption from the state if your personal or religious beliefs prohibit your child from receiving shots. Please be aware that if your child is not current on shots, we will not allow him/her to attend classes if an outbreak of illness occurs (even if you have filled out an exemption form).
